GINTECH organizes employee tours and gatherings every year to encourage proper recreational activities, promote interactions between plant sites, provides opportunities for employees to make friends with other employees promote family harmony and to just have an enjoyable time together.
Birthday Party
At GINTECH, a birthday party is held monthly to celebrate the birthdays for people born in each respective month to promote interactions among employees, enhance the organizational cohesion of employees and to let employees know that their hard work is appreciated and has not gone unnoticed.
Year-end Party
GINTECH organizes an annual year-end party to reward the hard work and efforts of employees during the year and encourage staff to maintain their efforts, striving to improve next year.
