› When was Gintech Energy Corporation established? What is your definition of a fiscal year?

We were established on the 10th of August, 2005. Our fiscal year follows the calendar year which means from 1st January to 31st of December each year.

› When was your stock listed on the market? What is the code?

We went public and listed in Taiwan Exchange Market on 2nd November, 2007. The code is 3514.

Gintech’s dividend policy is stated in the corporate policy; please find the details as follows:

Gintech Corporate Policy Article 24: Based on corporate operational requirements and to maximize shareholders’ benefit, Gintech’s dividend will be evaluated by the budget and capital requirements. The cash dividend should not be below 10% of the total dividend.
