Gintech launches its high efficiency Diamond series cells at SNEC 2013

Gintech announces the successful development of its Diamond multicrystalline cell with a peak conversion efficiency of 19.5%, measured by TÜV Rheinland. Gintech’s Diamond series breakthrough lies in the company’s ability to mass-produce cells that completely exceed market average efficiency by one percent. With the performance of Diamond, Gintech believes this product will be revolutionary within the PV market. 

The benefits of Diamond series are its compatibility to present module processes while maintaining similar reliability of the mainstream products. Cells with high power output are the key for the next generation of products. With Diamond, module customers can achieve 270W in 60-cell multicrystalline modules. This results in promising benefits in the cost-effective solution of the PV system.
